  Had to ask for help FOUR times to get a key copied. Brushed off by each associate I spoke with. One guy used the excuse that he didn't have the keys to run the machine. (Spoiler, the keys to run the machine were in the device already) when I told the associate on his second trip by, doing something else, his story changed to "and I don't know how to run it"... When I did get help I was told the story of how they had to argue about who was covering the area. Like I need to know they had a disagreement?... 20 minutes and 2 intercom pages later had an associate copy my key. Maybe they are short staffed? Leaving it at 3 stars review in case this is a staffing issue, but it's a benefit of the doubt situation for sure. Unfortunately I feel like this is the norm for Walmart. Maybe self-serve key copying would be a good solution here.
